Abuse Policy

1. Illegal or Harmful Use
You may not use the service to generate, distribute, or assist illegal content, malware, cyberattacks, phishing, fraud, spam, harassment, threats, or content that violates the rights of others.
2. Bypassing Limits
You may not bypass authentication, rate limits, balance deductions, model restrictions, safety controls, or payment flows. You may not publicly share, resell, or expose API keys.
3. High-Risk Use
Do not use the service for high-risk decisions or regulated professional decisions, including medical diagnosis, legal conclusions, financial advice, credit decisions, law enforcement automation, or life-safety control.
4. Enforcement
If abuse is detected, we may rate-limit, suspend API keys, freeze accounts, remove access, deny refunds, or report activity to payment providers or service providers.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse, contact us on Telegram at @GPTX_API and include the account, API request time, and supporting evidence.
