1. Service Overview

NexRelay provides third-party OpenAI-compatible relay access, API key management, usage records, and wallet balance management. Purchases add credits to your account for use with the API endpoints provided by this service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your account and API keys. Any request made with your account or API key is treated as authorized by you. If a key is exposed, delete or regenerate it immediately.

3. Balance and Billing

This service uses prepaid wallet credits. API requests deduct credits based on input, output, and cached read token meters. Recharge amounts, credited balances, and usage deductions are shown on the pricing, wallet, and usage pages.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Upstream model availability, network issues, payment providers, maintenance, or force majeure events may affect service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, attacks, bypassing limits, rights violations, or any activity prohibited by our Abuse Policy.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and API keys if we detect abuse, fraud, payment disputes, policy violations, or security risks.
