Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Balance
This service sells prepaid API token balance. After a successful payment, token balance is credited to your account.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
You may request review if payment succeeded but balance was not credited, duplicate charges occurred, the amount was incorrect, or the service was completely unavailable after payment.
3. Usually Not Refundable
Used tokens, usage caused by exposed API keys, restrictions caused by policy violations, or usage caused by customer integration errors are generally not refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us on Telegram at @GPTX_API with your account email, payment time, payment platform, transaction ID, amount, and a description of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Refund reviews usually take 3-7 business days. Actual refund arrival time depends on PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer.
